My life so far has been incredibly rewarding and deeply fulfilling.

 

Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to live in multiple countries, working alongside some truly inspiring leaders who took an interest in me and supported me to grow and progress from front line service to line management to executive leadership.  These roles all fast paced in high pressure environments requiring endless focus and energy and I know what it's like to try and create that ever elusive balance. My greatest challenge has been to live life with purpose (anchored to highly defined values), to work toward personal goals whilst chasing time for personal growth, active contribution and enjoying life's meaningful experiences.

My work has provided the opportunity of living and travelling across the world. I have enjoyed the privilege to immerse myself in multiple cultures creating an appreciation for diverse cultures, traditions and belief systems.  I have had fun, so, so much fun and I know the rewards of spending less time in the grind and more time doing what I love.

 

On a personal level, my life experiences have instilled in me a unique ability to adapt to a wide array of situations, emotions, personalities, changing  environments, circumstances, and challenges. Not because I have an innate knowledge or skill but because I have taken time to make sure I am focused on what's important and anchored me to where I want to go.

 

My passion for finding solutions has inspired me to help others do the same and at 50, I decided to dedicate more time to the human side of life and so have worked through a focused growth strategy to become a certified Life Coach, Life-Stage Celebrant, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner and End of Life Doula.

With my strategy achieved I am dedicating more Time4... being a servant to my community.
